Mr. Jamal Mohammed Abu Naser, an honorable member of the Board of Trustees of ISRTAA has breathed his last on 21 June 2020 (Sunday) at 3:30 a.m., while undergoing treatment of COVID-19 infection at United Hospital, Dhaka. Inna Lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un.
ISRT Alumni Association is deeply saddened by the sudden death of our beloved alumnus Mr. Jamal Mohammed Abu Naser. He started his career in the life insurance sector in 1986 and worked for different insurance companies holding various important positions. He became a renowned executive in the life insurance industry of the country. He served National Life Insurance Company Ltd., one of the leading life insurance companies in Bangladesh, as the Managing Director & CEO from 2011 to the last day of his life.
The very kind-hearted, generous, and always smiling person Mr. Naser was an alumnus of ISRTAA from Master in Statistics, 1982 Batch, and a devoted member of the ISRTAA. He had enormous contribution to the ISRTAA. His guiding presence in ISRTAA meetings will be greatly missed.
ISRTAA would like to express deep sympathy to his bereaved family and pray for eternal peace of his departed soul.
